Tanya

Tanya Hanson has spent over twenty five years learning to be present in the spaces most people walk away from; beside the dying, in the silence after loss, in the tender conversations that change everything.

She is a death doula, death educator, and Morning Alters teacher whose work is rooted in on belief: that when we make peace with impermanence, we become more fully alive. The seasons teach this. The body knows. These retreats are an invitation to remember it.

Tanya is also a massage therapist who has worked in hospice setting for twenty years, bringing comforting touch and presence to those in their final chapter. She understands the wisdom of the body, how it holds what the mind cannot, and how movement, stillness and breath can restore what daily life depletes.

She lives and works in the Brainerd Lakes Area of Minnesota, where the lakes, the forests, and the long winters have been some of her greatest teachers.

She is deeply honored to hold this circle with you.

Victoria

Victoria is a certified life and wellness coach, yoga instructor, and Ayurvedic instructor whose work is rooted in a single, unwavering belief: that every human being has the capacity to live with radical authenticity, power, and confidence. Drawing from multiple healing and movement disciplines, she takes a holistic approach to transformation - one that honors the full landscape of the mind, body and spirit.

With years of experience guiding women toward their most genuine selves, Victoria creates a space where her clients don't just heal, they discover that their deepest struggles are also the source of their greatest strength. This conviction is at the heart of the book she is currently writing.

Victoria's work extends beyond one-on-one coaching into community and collective healing. She facilitates women's sisterhood - offering participants an immersive experience of growth, connection, and renewal.

Outside of her professional life, Victoria is equally grounded in what matters most. She is the proud mother of four adult children and is reveling in her newest role as a grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter. When she's not working with clients or writing, you'll find her weight training, walking, traveling, reading, or simply savoring time with the people she loves.

Victoria's message is as personal as it is universal: your story - all of it - is your power.

Melissa

Melissa is a retreat facilitator and experienced wilderness guide who helps people slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves through nature, movement, and mindful observation.

She invites participants to notice what's happening around them and within them by bringing awareness to the small things, the subtle shifts, the quiet truths. She allows and trusts nature to awaken our intuition, soften us, steady us, or reveal what we've been carrying.

Her own inner journey has been shaped by over two decades of yoga and mediation practice, including time in retreat in India. She returns always to the same place - among the trees, in stillness, curiosity and wonder.

At home in the forests of northern Minnesota, she brings a calm, steady presence with a deep appreciation to the land. Her retreats and Journeys create a safe space for people to experience their inner and outer landscapes, trusting wisdom comes from knowing both.
