What is NOT included in a retreat price?

Transportation to and from the retreat venue is not included in the retreat price.  

Personal expenses beyond retreat offerings such as outside services or massage. If these services are available for additional options, these will be noted for each retreat. 

What are my payment options?

The $150 deposit can be made via the Square link to reserve your spot. The balance is due 8 weeks before the event. In order to keep costs lower, Three Trees Collective Retreats prefers to accept a check for the final payment. Payments can be mailed to Three Trees Collective Retreats, 32102 Cty Rd 39, Breezy Point, MN 56472. A $30 fee will apply to any returned check. 

What is the cancellation policy?

The $150 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances unless in the unlikely event, Three Trees Collective Retreats (TTCR) will need to cancel the retreat before it begins. We understand situations arise unexpectedly which may require a participant's cancellation. You reserve the right to transfer your spot to another woman by notifying TTCR organizers as soon as possible. If a replacement cannot be found by you, we will make every effort to fill your vacated spot, and in good faith will refund your payment less the deposit if we are successful in doing so. 

Each event will have the dates noted on the registration form. Generally, cancellation requests up to 35 days before the start of the retreat will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid less the deposit. We are unable to issue any refunds in the 35 day window preceding the retreat. Non payment of balance in full when due is also considered a cancellation unless other arrangements have been made. No refunds are allowed for any reason once the retreat has commenced.
